Menopause & Pelvic Stability: Take Control of Your Health
Throughout perimenopause and menopause, we experience hormonal changes that affect our bodily systems - bones and muscles, metabolic and cardiovascular health - can all be impacted. The pelvic floor can be essential in its role in our changing bodies. The pelvic floor muscles are tasked with the job of holding up and in our organs, providing stability as we move and maintaining continence and intimacy into old age.
Through education and instruction in breath and posture, we will begin the process of unpacking the pelvic health implications of menopause and empower you with tools to restore and preserve stability, mobility and function to live your healthiest and most joyous life.
