Join us for Women's Health Month Workshops!

May 2, 2026 - 9:30 - 11am  Perimenopause 101: Understanding the Transition with Confidence

Perimenopause is a natural transition, but for many women it comes with unexpected changes that can feel confusing, frustrating or even concerning. This 90-minute introductory session is designed to provide clear, science-informed education about what's happening in your body during this time. Whether you're just beginning to notice changes or seeking clarity on your experience, this session will help you feel more informed, grounded and confident in navigating this stage of life. We'll explore the hormonal shifts that drive common symptoms, how those changes impact sleep, mood, energy, and what is actually within your control. You'll also be introduced to practical, foundational strategies for supporting your health and possibly finding relief through education, resources, support and nervous system regulation.

This workshop is presented by Aubree Guiffre, a mom of three teenagers, a wife, and a working professional - while also navigating the very real challenges of perimenopause herself. Like many women, she has experienced confusing conversations with doctors, spent hours processing with friends, and left appointments without the clarity or support she was seeking.

Rather than accepting that as the norm, Aubree leaned into her strengths: researching, learning, and problem-solving. She became a Certified Menopause Coach through Girls Gone Strong and integrates that training with her work as a Certified Mindfulness Teacher and Yoga Instructor.

Through this combined approach, Aubree supports women in navigating the perimenopause transition with greater understanding and intention Her work is grounded in both education and compassion, while gently encouraging women to explore what they may want to shift, strengthen, or prioritize in this season of life.
